Technics SA-DA10 Receiver transistors
I have a TS 1200 I have a TS 1200 Power amp that I was Given to repair.
The problem was that one of the transistors had blown.
I replaced this and found it was still blowing the fuses on the PCB the clip and signal lifghts are still illuminated also.

the bias is too high. Is it the firsy time you have fired the amp up? Operating in this condition may cause the output transistors to fail. If the output transistors are damaged,you would also experince heating of these resistors. Get back to me please and let me know more...

hello, i believe that your problem is in the audio output ckt, check all the transistor you have one bad channel (shorted transistors). with a soldering iron disconnect them and check them with a meter. good luck caypianan@yahoo.com more...
