52527 has the timer green led blinking. After resetting the system reset continues blinking then turns off. The TV never powers on. I am suspecting the power supply board, what do you think? the light

52527 has a constant blinking green light. There is no video and no audio just a blinking green light when it is pluged in I had a similar problem with my 42 in Philips LCD HDTV. Here was the problem.

green light continues to blink. Contacted tech support, they faxed me a list of things to try, including replacement of 3 boards. Replaced them all, same problem. I believe these are a problem chassis
