Try changing the keystone. Also you may have the projector too far away from the screen. Changing the resolution on your laptop will not solve that particular problem. more...

problem; however I don't know which step was the solution. First I turned on the projector, then the Lenovo laptop, then I set 1024x768 resolution for the second monitor in the display setup. Finally, I hit fn + f8. Hope this helps others too. more...
