wrong.. From some specs; Audio file format: MP3, WMA, WMA-DRM10 (PlaysForSure), WAV. Easiest fix, load songs it'll recognize, if you have one it's not happy with, try using GoldWave (www.goldwave.com)

msg "wrong format" If they're not mp3 files then it's probably not supported by that mp3 player and that why you get this message. Try converting them to mp3s on the computer before you put them on it
