change drum soon Does the brother Intellifax 4100e reset the drum counter when a new drum uint is put in or is there a reset I need to preform Instructions are in the box that the new drum comes in.

my intellifax is pirnting all faded on the left side but not the right. have you tried changing the drum imaging unit? It could either be a toner cartridge problem or the drum unit needing replacement

getting thick black line on edge of paper on all faxes coming thru. is this to do with drum needing to be changed? The drum is your problem

CHANGE INK CARTRIGE The "ink" is actualy toner and it's held inside the drum unit. You change it all at the same time. Ron

4100e ..not receieve fax LCD shows. ( PLS Close cover. Off Line) Look at the front door that you open when you change the toner/drum. You will see that it has not closed properly at one end. Give it a
