wont move shuttle race is not moving &needle go down to pick up thread but bobbin wont move so thread wont come out bobbin area is not moving? how i open machine cover . i thinking something wrong

wont move up and down. Turned machine on and the motor runs but the needle wont move up and down. Just moved and not sure it it was dropped or anything. dont know what to look for in fixing it myself.

wont move? HELP the wheel seems locked and when i move it it jumps into place and locks I'd guess there's still thread in the hook. Try removing bobbin and case and clean area per machine instruction.
