kawasaki 2012 Jet Ski Ultra 300X "thermostat keep beeping" Questions

...HEAT why does it keep beeping and say HEAT? is the engine and exhaust hot when this happens ? if not then have the heat sencers checked , if yes then check thermostat and cooling hoses for blockages
