Vizio VA26L 26 in. LCD HDTV "tv white flash across screen" Questions

grey cables up (blue,green,yellow, red & white. no flashing. but now the tint is way off and can not be adjusted. Is it my TV or is it the Cable Box? i think its your cable box. check it carefully
