Toshiba 32AV502U 31.5 in. LCD HDTV "reset rca flat screen self" Questions

...flat screen tv/dvd combo has sound but no picture... but when we put a dvd in there, it does show a picture! What could be wrong??? Help! If u able to have picture watching a dvd,than it not ur tv is ...

reset.Than ur tv Tuner board is dead,require changing the Tuner board. If you do not get sound on any source input (TV, DVD) then you may ahev problem either in the sound processor or audio power amp.
