email [ finally!] I find that now I can receive, but not send emails from the phone. The new apparently easy connection on the widget tool to FB and twitter comes up with 'target name not found error'

not sure if internet or msm is activated when i brought my last kp500 i was emailed a list of how to manually activate my internet ect..now i cant find how to get another copy to activate these things
