RTO Forklift and Pallet Construction Vehicle "hyster" Questions

i have a hyster electric lift truck # e50xm-27 with a status code 143 being displayed. the forks wont go up, down or anything. any ideas? INTERNAL VOLTAGE BELOW 10 VOLTS CHECK CONNECTIONS
