RTO Mini Quads "kill switch quad" Questions

...is new wont start have changed the coil and plug but no spark tried diconnecting the kill switch Maybe re-check the gap between the coil and the flywheel? x2 business cards is a good gap for

...kill switch wire has been cut and on the brake leves not the brake wires have been cut for the lights or something   there is no battrey on it ent got a key  how could i get it
