engine ideals but wont rev Carburetor has a blockage at the main jet. Recommend carburetor overhaul. check linkage if good possible fuel filter clogging -or carburetor cleaning /rebuild

after 20 to 30 mins of mowi ng it stops and wont go foward or rev after it cools down it will do it again try running it with the fuel cap off . the vent in the cap could be clogged.
