and so doesn't dry. I have had an engineer out to look at it before, who said that the thermostate had flipped, and needs resetting, which in effect was just turning it, but I don't know how to access it and how to do it. more...

open the door, all the wet laundry is sitting on the bottom of the drum right where I left it.
I've tried the reset button in the back (I'm VERY familiar with that button) but it won't depress, so I guess it's not a reset issue.

a beep. Also noticed that the drum interior light has died very recently, possibly at the same time that this problem began. Have tried resetting by disconnecting the power but the same problem keeps occurring. more...

a brown one with a small hole in the middle, if you use a pin and press in, you should hear a click. This resets the thermostat and you should be able to use the drier again. Apparently a common fault on these indicit based driers.it worked on mine more...
