Iwill KK266Plus Motherboard "win2k service pack 4 windows" Questions

...Win2K Pro is the OS. My @ USB ports on the back of the computer don't show up in the device manager because there are no drivers for the internal devices loaded...can you help??? Thanks Frank you can ...
