...don't actually adjust cross hairs, you adjust point of impact. You do this using the turrets located near the center of the scope. the top one will adjust height, the r hand one will adjust

can't get any adjustment up or down Sometime the factory set is pretty tight. You might need a bigger driver to loosen the screw.
