you may have to remove the back panel to get to the paper, just be careful

Before you try to remove the pieces of jammed paper, PLEASE remove your ink and print head. If the print head is part of the ink cartridge, just remove the cartridge. If your ink colors come in separate cartridges, your print head would be a separate component. Be VERY careful handling the print head.

Then, inspect the print head for tiny bits of paper from the jam. Carefully remove any pieces of paper.
Next, shine a flashlight inside your printer to see if the print surface has any pieces of paper on it.

Now you can safely open the back panel and check the paper path.

After that, replace your ink and print head and your printer should work fine.
