my cell model is n73m,some times ringing tone not hiaring,after cell switch off set proparly

Hi,
The phone gets off usually when it is either affected by Virus or has any internal problem in the Handset, Speaker on your Phone would have gone due to which ringing tone gets lower at times,
Please take the Handset to the nearest Service centre and get it checked..
