Question for Heater Repair Pros
PIlot goes out evey day

The pilot on my Peerless furnace will not stay lit for more than 1-2 days. Once it does go out we are able to light it with no problem. The flame seems strong and I can detect any kind of draft in the area of the furnace.

Anyone working on gas systems must be licensed in the state of Mass. You can check with the gas company as they sometimes work on these or they may recommend a licensed plumber or appliance service company in your area. As with any gas appliance, caution should be taken.
