Dead Tatung tlm 1703 monitor

I have a Tatung TLM 1703 monitor I would
like to get repaired. This was a rather
expensive monitor, so I hate to just toss
it out. I found four swelled capacitors on
the power supply & replaced them (1k mikes
@ 25v) but I still have 0v output from the
power supply, should be 5v & 12v. Don't
really see any bad solder joints either
(doesn't mean there aren't any) Any ideas
what to check next? Thanks,
