whirlpool refrigerator with top freezer: freezer items

Whirlpool refrigerator, top freezer w/ ice tray, model ET8CHMXKT0: freezer items all defrosted, not refreezing, freezer is ool, not cold, not making ice. Refrigerator is cool, not as cold as usual.

Could be several things whenever dealing with anything with a compressor and refrigerant. If it's new, call where you got it....if not, call someone local you trust.
