GE Microwave oven JVM1540 problem

my GE countertop microwave oven model JVM1540BMC01 has problem.
when I plug the power, the panel display "please press CLOCK", I press "Clock", it does not work at all.
and the exhaust fan, light bottons also does not work.
I can press "1", "2", "3" ,"4" ... number botton to do microwave heat process.
but I can not press "start/pause", "clear/off" botton to start or stop the process.
Pls. kindly let me know what is the problem and how to settle it.
