broke bolts that hold the pipes

If the bolts are tight in the holes it will need precision drilling into the bolt shafts with accuracy generally not available at home. If you can get the barrels off with the heads still attached then a machine shop will be able to do this. Alternately haul the engine out if you can or haul in the whole bike. The shop can check and plane the deck while they're at it. Hope that helps.
