The dishes just aren't coming through clean. The holes in the arm get clogged.

I think you probably have lime build up in your water system. When this happens to me, I put about 4 cups of vinegar in the washer and turn it on empty of course. This always helps to un clog the hole arms.

After cleaning it, try to leave less food residues in the dishes before placing then into the machine, this also will help.
