Hi Ced,

I would syphon out the water and tighten the awning. If the fabric has stretched too much from the sagging, you may need to add a stabilizer or replace it.

look for controller unit some of them have a re set button reset then move out or in all the way so it can find zero point

is suburban check lower left outside access for switch if ok or no switch bad electric heater element or high limit tripped

fresh water low points under unit either capped or valves and fresh water tank has a drain on bottom of tank

is the water supply connected to a pressure feed water source.
if so remove water into unit.

First, look at the fan/motor rubber mounts.
If one or more is bad, the whole thing can shake.
Second, the motor for the fan can be bad.
Third, there could be a wasp nest or a broken fan blade throwing the fan out of balance.
