SOURCE: Power door lock inoperable on passenger sliding door only

Not sure if they are same on 2006 but there should be a couple of small rounded metal contacts, or similar, on door that meet with door post to complete the connection. When you find them, clean them off with a little fine steel wool or SOS pad, minus the soap, and see if that doesn't cure it.

SOURCE: 2007 Chrysler Town and Country Sliding Door Problem

The wire that provides power to your door is split in half. This is caused by normal usage and results in lose of power when the door opens or closes and causes wire to twist which splits the two ends resulting in lose of power in only one location.
You can fix it by following the post by "grimmster" and "lane" on the following web forum (scroll to the middle of the forum to see their solution). This should only cost $10 bucks (need electrical tape; soldering iron and wire from Home Depot) rather than hundreds at the dealer:

Forest River manual for your travel trailer says they have hydraulic and electric slides. Look online for the manual for your slide manufacturer for troubleshooting steps.

On a 2000 Jayco Designer 34' 5th wheel, the large slide retracts part way in, then stops, even though the slide out motor continues to run. we have lived in it one year in the same campground.

possibly gear arm is bent. slide outs are not made to be sat and lived in. you should be able manually slide it in. try to lift slide out by the arm with a hydraulic jack. place jack on ground use a 2x4 or 4x4 between jack and gear arm and lift gently. the teeth on arm could be stripped also. just ease into it..

How can i manually retract slide-outs on 2012 sunnybrook raven 2980bh?

If hydraulic then there is a valve near the motor/storage tank where you turn and then you insert a rod and pump it like you would a hydraulic jack. Electric motor/track slide outs you disconnect the motor and there is a place you manually turn it in.

Why won't slideout retract?

check that both sides are moving evenly
from your statement only one side is moving and twisting the slides causing it to jam
if the action are screw threads , then it is possible that one side is not driving ( limit switch problem, no power etc)
If it is hydraulic check the ram operation on that side
(pin fallen out at end of ram)

Slideouts will not move

Hydraulic or electric slide system? If electric, could be a low voltage problem or failed inline circuit breaker. Also, do not try to move more than one slide at a time because it will blow the fuse. If hydraulic, make sure the bypass valves have not been opened. Do not add fluid while the slide are out. If you do, when the slide come back in they will force the excess fluid out of the reservoir and make a huge mess in the storage compartment.
