My two main 40a fuses blew on my 2011 Keystone Cougar trailer. I replaced the converter as well as the battery, plugged it back in and tried to open the slide out and blew the two main 40a fuses again

Well.,really sounds like either a short or your motor is froze if you look really close under the trailer there is a place to hand crank it with a 1/2 drive.
Mite check after getting it out if your
Motors froze or stuck. If your good on
Fixing stuff take the motor off and grease her up if not mite need to get a new motor they sale them on eBay Amazon, eat. Used RV junk yard..
Good luck and if you can't find the motor google it at Google Image they have the schematics online for free.

1995 terry camper electric slide out doesn't move can you move it manually?

Yes, all campers with slide outs have a way to manually crank the slide in/out in case of motor or electrical failure. The fun part is figuring out where exactly the place to insert the tool, if you have it. Larger slides with rails typically are brave to the main frame under the slide out whereas the smaller type (bed) would be under the bed and the false floor for protection.

2015 keystone Laredo 312re Slide not extending all of the way out. Supposed to be a manual override, but where?

I had this problem several years ago.
Problem can occur at least three ways:
1. Most likely, something is in the way. A displaced trim molding, the rubber seal has moved, or ? With the slide only slightly extended, using a flashlight and mirror, examine every part of the seal/body junction inside and out that you can. A straightened coathanger can help remove a foreign object.
2. The slide might be binding. The motor would hang, draw excessive current, and shut down. Testing this would involve manual slide extension. Not familiar with Keystone, but typically, you run it out with a crank. The crank location is a round opening under slide. Depending on length of slide, there may be two. If two, they must be actuated together, or each one alternately, a little at a time. On some brands, the gear train between actuator motor and slide MUST be disengaged to allow manual extension/retraction, it depends on how the manual extension works. Hopefully you have a manual that can explain the procedure. The crank(s) to extend/retract are usually stored in the bay(s).
3. The motor has weakened. This is unlikely, if the problem is just the last inch or so.

Good luck!

My slide out no longer works. Is there a fuse for this motor? Where would it be located? Thanks,

Eric,

Is the slide stuck out or in? Just easier to troubleshoot if out. Regardless, find your motor and inspect the wiring which is often in a plastic flexible conduit. This will often get caught between the frame and slide rails, resulting in breaks in the wire.
Do check any fuses near the tongue of the trailer, and any fuses or breakers in your breaker panel.
Also, you didn't indicate if you were on truck attachment only or on your AC line.
If truck only, check to ensure you have proper power from your plug at position 1 and 4. If on AC Line voltage, then disregard.

My camper slide out is not closing correct

It's probably just out of adjustment, you just have to look under and see if something is loose or out of alignment

How can i access the drive unit for the bedroom slide on my 2009 Forest River Flagstaff Classic Super Lite FKBSS?

If the bed is on the slide, more than likely the mechanism is under it. If not then it should be outside in the under belly.
I would check for voltage at the switch first.

Why does my dash air blow hot air

There is a dampener that opens and closes inside the duct system under the dash. If it gets stuck on the wrong position it will blow hot. They are usually vacuum controlled. Try to slide the thermostat to hot then back to cold and see if it will actuate. If not, you will need to locate the dampener and check the actuator for failure.
