Gently Squeeze the Cover width wise and pull down gently.
These covers are very very brittle from being cooked by the Heat from the "Globes" (or Light bulbs).

Most RV outside lights are rectangle in shape and have a plastic cover. If your light is like as described, simply squeeze the sides of the plastic cover to release the inside molded ridge on the cover from behind the stationary ridge on the light fixture and pull away.
The units are slightly different as some of them have continuous ridges (squeeze center sides) and other just ridges close to the ends (squeeze toward end of sides).
To re-install just squeeze and insert back into position.
Yes water can do compensation build up in your propane tank. Some tanks have a drain pit on bottom reclaim propane and open the pit. If your does reclaim the propane and drain tank. If not reclaim propane and remove tank then remove filler valve turn tank over drain access water leave tank up side down over night. Put fill valve back on and mount tank. After lines are back on turn stove on leave on for 48 hours. Turn valves off and refill tank. Best of luck.
