Need ownwer manual for trail-lite 2005 model 285

I really think that if you even find a manual it will not be worth much. A better way to approach each item in the trailer is to find the manufacturer, model, and serial number of that item and search for that manual. Keep them on your computer digitally and you will always have the data you need. Look for the Bal stabilizers, fridge, convertor, furnace, and any other appliances.

Have a 2001 Trail Lite travel trailer. The fresh water tank drained into the underbelly. Is there a drain for the underbelly?

Ouch, How did that happen? First thing is to make sure it can't happen again. Maybe a low point drain from your tank got pulled back up inside somehow. Anyway after you have fixed the cause I would loosen a corner of the underbelly, drop it down and then park with that as a (really) low point so it can drain and air out. If it is not aired out and dried well mold could be a serious problem in the future. Good Luck.

Where is fresh water drain on tlx200s

There should be three low point drains located under the trailer. Two will be close, side by side, to one another. This is the low point for the entire plumbing system, both cold and hot. There will be another single low point drain which will be for the fresh water tank. The low point drains may only have a cap on them or may have a valve installed.

How do I switch my hot water from propane to electric?

If the water heater is dual fuel (elec/LP) and it is manufactured by Suburban you will need to go outside to the access door of the water heater. Once you have opened the access door to the lower left below and behind the gas valve/burner tube you will see a small black switch labeled on/off. Switch that to on for electric operation. and then you may turn off the LP switch located inside the unit. If it is an Atwood then inside the unit you should have a switch panel with two switches, one for LP and the other for electric. The panel may be by itself or the switches may be located on your tank level monitor panel.
