Location of Power Converter for 2009 Jayco 5th wheel camper?

It could be part of the DC fuse panel if there is a metal access cover door on it. Otherwise it will be near the battery.

I bought a 1999 Jayco 5th Wheel model 3310RLS. I got the generator running and when I cut if off the system does not switch back to normal electrical power?

call in an electrician
it could have an automatic relay control that prevents both gen set and mains power operating at the same time ( phasing cycle out of sync destroys the genset ) or may require you to manually reset from get set to mains power
take it to a jayco service center and have it checked out

Where is the inverter located in a 2012 eagle 351 mkts fifth wheel

I don't have that model, but usually they are located behind a vent cover along the bottom of one of the cabinets or on the base of the bed. Usually there is a slot to open it with a screwdriver and then the vent tilts down giving you access to the circuit breaker and fuses.

Can't get water to come into my TT

The check valve should not be removed from the housing. You would have to remove the actual entire city water connection to gain access to the water line connection behind the water fill. The check valve must be there to prevent water from being pumped out of the fresh water tank should you be utilizing the demand pump. Before you go through all of that hassle. Remove the aerator from the kitchen sink and turn on the faucet to check the water flow. I have seen the aerators clog up and stop all water flow. When you remove the aerator disassemble and you will notice a small white disc with a tiny hole in the center. Pop this disc out and discard. Reassemble the aerator and reinstall. Also, if you are using a pressure regulator by pass it to see if water flow is restored. Those can fail as well.
