Just had the leveling system reworked. The mud flap on that side is dragging on the ground.
Bent wheels are the biggest cause of shaking. You have lost a spring or other suspension component causing the lean.

The slide system usually uses inline circuit breakers to control the power for the slide. Some are automatic reset and others have a small black button on the side that must be reset. On a motor coach you will find these in a storage compartment and they probably will not be labeled.
