Make sure the parking brake is still on (on mine I have to put it on while the vehicle is running or the slides won't work) and the engine is running when you try to move it. If the motor runs it could be that the clutch is disengaged for some reason. You have to crawl under the slide out and move the lever to fix that. If the motor's not running then it's probably either a fuse or circuit board.

SLIDE OUT ON FLEEETWOOD BOUNDER 201P

If you're having issues with the slide mechanism, figure out the manufacturer of the slide and Google it for a troubleshooting guide and repair manual. Their website will often have instructions for manual retraction or extension.

How to retract a slide without power on a tioga class c

Tioga RVs are made by Fleetwood. If you check with them, they should be able to tell you who manufactured their slide mechanisms. Most slide manufacturers have online resources that can help with your issue. You could also hook up a car battery to give power to your electrical system to power the slide -- If it's in operating condition.

2015 keystone Laredo 312re Slide not extending all of the way out. Supposed to be a manual override, but where?

I had this problem several years ago.
Problem can occur at least three ways:
1. Most likely, something is in the way. A displaced trim molding, the rubber seal has moved, or ? With the slide only slightly extended, using a flashlight and mirror, examine every part of the seal/body junction inside and out that you can. A straightened coathanger can help remove a foreign object.
2. The slide might be binding. The motor would hang, draw excessive current, and shut down. Testing this would involve manual slide extension. Not familiar with Keystone, but typically, you run it out with a crank. The crank location is a round opening under slide. Depending on length of slide, there may be two. If two, they must be actuated together, or each one alternately, a little at a time. On some brands, the gear train between actuator motor and slide MUST be disengaged to allow manual extension/retraction, it depends on how the manual extension works. Hopefully you have a manual that can explain the procedure. The crank(s) to extend/retract are usually stored in the bay(s).
3. The motor has weakened. This is unlikely, if the problem is just the last inch or so.

Good luck!

Repair slide <living room is extended and won`t return>

Check to ensure nothing is blocking the slideout, its path or the gears of the motor. If you don't see a dimming of the lights when you push the retraction button or don't hear any motor noise check the fuse for the slideout motor. If all else fails there should be a manual slide retraction option somewhere that allows you to retract the slideout using a crank or a power drill. Check the owner's manual.

Rv slide out

Check the switch inside the coach. Usually either the switch or the breaker fails.

Slide manual

On the opposite side of the coach from the slide there should be an access point that will allow you to insert a manual crank to retract or extend the slide. It is usually a small hole through the frame.
