Eric,

Is the slide stuck out or in? Just easier to troubleshoot if out. Regardless, find your motor and inspect the wiring which is often in a plastic flexible conduit. This will often get caught between the frame and slide rails, resulting in breaks in the wire.
Do check any fuses near the tongue of the trailer, and any fuses or breakers in your breaker panel.
Also, you didn't indicate if you were on truck attachment only or on your AC line.
If truck only, check to ensure you have proper power from your plug at position 1 and 4. If on AC Line voltage, then disregard.

SUNVALLEY EVERGREEN 31REW SLIDEOUT Will not move back in.

You will need to check the 12VDC fuses first. Each slide should have it's own fuse for motor protection. If they are all good, are you able to access the wiring going to the motor? If so, have another person push the switch while you check for voltage going into the motor. If you have voltage, the motor may be shot.
Hopefully, you have the hand cranks that are supplied with the camper, you will need to find the spot where you access the motor to manually close the slide.

I have a 2015 Jayco Precept, I have 12 volt power on the slide out fuses but the slides won't retract, everything else 12 volt works.

You may need someone to help on this one. First thing, check all the 12VDC fuses for your Jayco. It has mini blade style fuses. Using a multimeter or a probe, check for voltage on both sides of the fuse. Next you need to access the back of the switch to confirm you have voltage going in and out when depressing the switch. No power, get a new switch. Yes to power, proceed to next part.

If you know exactly which fuse if for that slide and you do have power, an ohmeter can be used while someone else is pushing the switch the retract. Most of the fuses are 20A, so you should be getting much less. You can also do a comparison between each of the slides. Keep in mind the bigger slides are much heavier so the amperage draw will be higher than smaller and lighter, but still under 20A. If no answer meter or amp clamp type of meter, a multimeter can be used on the DC reading and watching the voltage drop as the switch is pressed. If you do not have amperage or voltage drops, might be a loose or cut wire. If you do have drops and nothing happens, most likely the motor has seized and will need replacement.

Slides stopped working on my 2017 Forest River Sierra 378FB need help locating the fuse.

While researching your model, it looks like the panel you need to look for is down right of the bathroom sink. When you open it, keep in mind that the AC & DC circuits are in there. DC has fuse and AC has breakers. Hopefully they are labeled for you to make locating the ones you are looking for easier. Can you pull each fuse to check or is a multimeter to see if you have the 12-13.8VDC on each side of the fuse. Remember there voltage is hot even with shore power disconnected. To remove the voltage, you need to turn off (open) the Main Battery Disconnect. Typically, these are located in the storage compartment area or near the location of the batteries. Just look for a bit red switch or lever. If you find the fuse are good, check your battery voltages. Anything less than 11.8VDC could be your problem. If less, charge the batteries with a trickle charger or put into shore power.

Thank you i know where is my fuse box but supposed to having fuse around the batterie in front of trailor and i cant found the motor for the slide out

In most cases there will be two terminal circuit breakers, not fuses, located behind the front cross frame support or on the inside of the frame. The slide motor will be located between the two main frame beams toward the opposite side of the slide. Find the slide mechanism that usually has the gear track on the bottom of it. Follow that from the slide to the center of the under belly of the coach. You should find the motor there.

Slide out fuse location

Wiring diagrams are not available as the manufactures to not publish them. The slide system usually uses inline circuit breakers to control the power for the slide. Some are automatic reset and others have a small black button on the side that must be reset. On a motor coach you will find these in a storage compartment and they probably will not be labeled.

Main Slideout not working

Not sure what kind of trailer you have, but the fuses should be behind a metal cover - for mine, its located under the refrigerator. When you open it, you will see all of the fuses. Hopefully, they are labeled, but don't bet on it. Use a meter to check the fuses - put the meter tip on each side of the fuse, with the meter on volts. If you read 12 - 14 volts, the fuse is blown. A good fuse will not show any voltage.

If you can't find the fuse box, when you have the camper plugged into AC, turn on all the lights - the fan that cools the inverter should come on - follow that sound and you will find the fuses. Good Luck
