Question about Forest River 2011 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8317SS
On the panel next to the water pump there should be a button called water heater or heater turn on make sure propane is on if no propane open heater grate on out side there is a button on the lower left under the horizontal pipe turn to on that will activate the electric portion if you don't want electric turn off

This might not be much help, without more details, but there should be a valve inside the water heater panel (outside) you can open. Open the valve at the main propane tank also.
Make sure the water tank is FULL before you fire it up. There should be a switch inside the coach somewhere to turn it on.
If it doesn't ignite immediately, you probably have air in the lines. Light the stove and let it burn for a minute, then try the hot water tank again. Might take a few tries to get it fired up.
