We have 2016 Salem by Forest River pull camper. The two slide outs and hydronic.jacks will not go in. Have checked all fuses even 12V50 amp on frame. Any ideas?

Find the motor and valve assembly. Use a meter to check voltage at the motor when you push control button. The motor runs to make hydraulic pressure anytime any button is pushed, slide or level control. If motor is not running you can go to, http://www.forestriverinc.com/videos.aspx#video
and retract all with 1/8 hex wrench and drill.

I have a 1997 kustom coach fifth wheel model kW 269, the slide out was working, but has now stopped. Checked breakers and fuse panel

Are you connected to shore power and/or have you checked the house battery? If that is all good, can you hear the motor engaging or straining when you press the slide button?

Kitchen slide will only go out 7 inches. it stops. it retracts ok but only goes out 7 inches and stops. are the cables suspose to be slack

I can only assume this is an RV you are talking about. No there should not be slack. I would start by finding the manual slide out mechanism. It will be a hand crank type or unit. Manually slide the kitchen unit out and then try to slide it back in with the button. That will either bring it all the way back in or you can see that the motor is bad or the limits are off.

Where is the motor for the rear slide?

They are usually located below the floor and would be accessed from underneath the coach. But check the power from the switch before removing the motor as unless you are near the ocean chances are that the motor is good. Usually the switch or the breaker fails.

Coachman wiring diagrams

Wiring diagrams are not available as the manufactures to not publish them. The slide system usually uses inline circuit breakers to control the power for the slide. Some are automatic reset and others have a small black button on the side that must be reset. On a motor coach you will find these in a storage compartment and they probably will not be labeled.
