Well.,really sounds like either a short or your motor is froze if you look really close under the trailer there is a place to hand crank it with a 1/2 drive. Mite check after getting it out if your Motors froze or stuck. If your good on Fixing stuff take the motor off and grease her up if not mite need to get a new motor they sale them on eBay Amazon, eat. Used RV junk yard.. Good luck and if you can't find the motor google it at Google Image they have the schematics online for free.
Need to confirm that you have power at the plug that goes into the led strip lights. Also trace that wire back there might be a stand alone fuse holder and fuse on the power wire for the lights.
I would believe the awning is not in the tongue. The tongue fuse is for the 12 coming in from the tow vehicle. Look for the battery converter, and the fuse panel will be close by.. fuses should be marked by the factory. If not marked, then go back to the awning switch and verify with a metwe you have 12 volts
If you have input voltage 110 volts. On the white and black wires. No output voltage at the red and white wires. It's garbage there's nothing serviceable on the unit.
On almost all trailers, the wires coming from the vehicle plug are wired directly to the lights on the trailer without any fuses inbetween. This means that, if your blinker and brake light on the left side is not working, either the bulb is burned out, you have a wiring issue, or corrosion in the vehicle plug or bulb socket is preventing voltage from reaching the bulb.
There should be three low point drains located under the trailer. Two will be close, side by side, to one another. This is the low point for the entire plumbing system, both cold and hot. There will be another single low point drain which will be for the fresh water tank. The low point drains may only have a cap on them or may have a valve installed.
No there is only one converter. You will need to check the output of the converter using a multi meter. Check the negative and positive terminal where the converter is connected to the fuse panel. It should be putting out approximately 13.6v. If it is not then the converter is bad and will need to be replaced. If it is, then you need to check your battery. Some trailers require a good battery for the system to properly function.
Check the fuses in the fuse panel. If all are good then you will need to verify that you have power to the monitor panel. If power is at the panel then the circuit board is bad or unplugged. If you do not have power you will have to trace the wiring until you locate the failure point. Unfortunately RV manufacturers do not publish wiring diagrams.
