How to turn on water heater

This might not be much help, without more details, but there should be a valve inside the water heater panel (outside) you can open. Open the valve at the main propane tank also.

Make sure the water tank is FULL before you fire it up. There should be a switch inside the coach somewhere to turn it on.

If it doesn't ignite immediately, you probably have air in the lines. Light the stove and let it burn for a minute, then try the hot water tank again. Might take a few tries to get it fired up.

How to turn air conditioner on

The AC typically uses the same blower as the heater to circulate the cool air. Sounds like it is working properly just turn it to cool rather than heat.

Hot waterer tank goes on but no hot water

Water heater must be FULL of water first. Be sure to bleed all air out of hot water lines all throughout the unit. Check water in heater by purging the PT valve at the top. (The one with the little lever). If no water comes out, there is no water in the heater. You can't heat water is there's none in it to heat!

Electric heater problems.

Plug in a ceramic 120 volt or oil type space heater to keep trailer warm. Most travel trailers are propane only, they do not have electric heat strips. I would bet that is why it only blows cold air.

Wiring for holding tank heater-12v

The tank heater should have two wires coming out of it. From there run a dedicated wire to the battery and install an inline circuit breaker on the positive wire. When the blanket is not needed simply disconnect from the battery. I would also suggest that you buy a roll of aluminum tape to tape around the edges of the heating pad. Even though it has adhesive it will not stick for long.

Heater will not heat. fan runs when trying to start but unit shuts down and fails to heat

Sounds like the orifice is clogged or the burner is restricted. You need to have it serviced by a trained professional.

Frozen hot water pipe

on campers, rvs and mobile homes the plumbing is under the floor but above the underpinning..it cant be seen..make a skirting from tarps or some material you can attach to the unit between the trailer and the ground.. then you have to get a barn heater and blow hot air under the trailer and turn the heat on inside the unit..once the water starts to flow .. you need to drain it completely out with air pressure and put antifreeze (staight) into the system..the red stuff..this will take a few hours to do.. use the pressure to test for broken pipes..DO NOT EXCEED 40 PSI during testing..if any of the pipes are broken they will need to be replaced before you use it again..if you are using it now, keep the skirting on the unit and back itup with some substantial plywood panels with insulation attatched to the backside ..the entire bottom of the unit will need skirted..mobile home supplies places carry interlocking panels for this pupose.. good luck..in an emergency you can use a hot air blowdryer to heat up pipes or pipe heating tapes or pipe insulation.. (or these noodle toys that kids used in pools..)
