Most likely in the front cargo area with acess doors on both sides, just front of the entry door .there are panels that can be removed. driver side has water heater and lines pass side would be like under the stairs to bedroom.most wiring converter and transfer switch would be there ,if unit has a generator

Do you have 12v when plugged in or on generator? If you do, then it's likely 1) a fuse or breaker for the converter, or 2) the converter is dead. Is your battery good? Try using taking the battery out and using to crank your car or truck. If that works, look at the fuse or breaker for your converter or your converter may be dead. If the batter doesn't work, do the opposite and put your car/truck battery in your RV and see if your 12v works -- if it doesn't, then check your converter fuse/breaker or it may be dead; if it does, then your battery is terminally (pun) dead.

Convertor will not charge the batteries and I can not find a reset or fuse for the convertor. There is a breaker for it but that is not the problem

If there is not a thermal overload reset on the convertor then it is an automatic reset built into the unit. When the convertor overloads and kicks off, it usually means that either something on the circuit has shorted out causing it to trip or you overloaded the convertor drawing too much power. Either way, if the convertor hasn't reset itself after a cool down period then more than likely, you convertor went bad and will need to be replaced.

Would anyone know where I could get a service manual for a 2008 laredo 272 rl?

sound like you have a bad battery installed or a bad converter that isn't charging the battery. check your battery to see if it is hooked up and has water in it.

Why wont my rv thke a charge

i am asssuming that you are talking about your coach battery bank.are they 12 volt or 6 volt battery system. the arc is a short. check polarity. can you charge the batteries with an external battery charger? if so. then need to check converter output from your mian power panel. there are a few other things to check. need more specifics. and you need to have a volt meter handy.

Is there more than one low voltage converter boxes

No there is only one converter. You will need to check the output of the converter using a multi meter. Check the negative and positive terminal where the converter is connected to the fuse panel. It should be putting out approximately 13.6v. If it is not then the converter is bad and will need to be replaced. If it is, then you need to check your battery. Some trailers require a good battery for the system to properly function.

Rapid battery discharge

The raido, lp alarm and co2 alarm all use battery even when "not in use" Also the AC, Furnace and Refrigerator all use 12v power. Make sure all are turned off. Next, you need to perform an amp draw and a battery load test. You may have either a bad battery or the converter is acting up and creating a draw.
