Look real close on ends for small screws usually through material at bottom and inside ends. plus your brace(s) up under top side. They just screw them right through material and plywood into wall. May have to feel to find the heads.

No manual for Keystone Cougar 2013 330RBK ~ not sure how to winterize.

There should be plugs underneath the camper to drain the water tanks. Remove them and let the water drain. There should also be a plug on the water heater, remove and let water drain. There is also a bypass valve on the water heater to divert water away from the heater, turn this to bypass. After the water has drained replace the plugs except the water heater plug. The heater plug can stay out. Fill fresh water tank with RV antifreeze, usually about 3 gallons or maybe a little more for larger RVs. Run pump opening faucets one by one till water is forced out and the antifreeze flows including toilet. When antifreeze is flowing out the faucets close faucets and shut off pump. When pump is shut off open faucets, the antifreeze may get slushy in very cold conditions but wont freeze and a little may drip out of the faucets. The water heater may still have a small amount of water in it but shouldn't be a problem if you leave the plug out. Make sure the blackwater and greywater tanks are empty, you can dump a little antifreeze down the drains and toilet to make sure the sink traps are free from water and the blackwater tank has antifreeze in it. Other than that just shut the propane tanks off and youre done. Try to leave a couple of windows cracked slightly to promote airflow and reduce condensation inside the camper

How to remove radiator on 93 model Winnebago Brave ?

I don't know but I have spent a lot of time working on coachbuilt and fixed cab forward control commercial and passenger vehicles.
Usually radiator removal isn't easy on such vehicles as they have to be withdrawn from underneath.

Often the radiator is much taller than the vehicle ground clearance so a hoist or inspection pit is needed Jacking the vehicle and placing it on stands is unlikely to be satisfactory.
The work of removing the various fasteners and hoses is a combination of working inside the engine compartment and from the underside and long arms and short wrenches are the only combination that will work.

Usually the radiator cooling fan cowl must be released from the radiator and pulled back to the engine clear of both radiator and fan. Some cowls are sectional and can be removed piece by piece. Often the cooling fan will need to be removed and access is usually possible after releasing the cowl.

The lower mounting of large radiators is usually very substantial and often constitute a removable crossmember and the radiator must be securely but temporarily supported while this piece of ironmongery is removed.

After everything is ready for removal it would be unwise to proceed further without an assistant or at least taking the precaution of covering the radiator core with strong card or thin board or even sheet steel to protect it from damage. It is also wise to plug the hose outlet at the bottom of the radiator to save the guy underneath getting splashed with coolant.

I hope this gives you a rough idea of how things will probably proceed...

When I hook my dish up to the satelite connection on the outside. I don't get any signal on the inside

Are you connection to the satellite input on the outside of the coach or the park cable input? If you are connecting to the park cable input it will not work since that wire is connected to a booster/splitter. Try running the wire through the window directly from the dish to the receiver. If that works then you need to install a dedicated satellite connection from the outside to the inside or purchase a flatwire to run through the window. If it does not work then the issue is in your satellite settings.

Can't get water to come into my TT

The check valve should not be removed from the housing. You would have to remove the actual entire city water connection to gain access to the water line connection behind the water fill. The check valve must be there to prevent water from being pumped out of the fresh water tank should you be utilizing the demand pump. Before you go through all of that hassle. Remove the aerator from the kitchen sink and turn on the faucet to check the water flow. I have seen the aerators clog up and stop all water flow. When you remove the aerator disassemble and you will notice a small white disc with a tiny hole in the center. Pop this disc out and discard. Reassemble the aerator and reinstall. Also, if you are using a pressure regulator by pass it to see if water flow is restored. Those can fail as well.

Toilet leaks.

The water module on the back of the toilet is more than likely the culprit. It is possible to change without removing the toilet but can prove to be difficult. Turn off the water, disconnect the water supply line on the back of the toilet and remove the nut on each side of the toilet at the base. Remove the toilet and take outside. Once outside you should see the module on the back. They are held in place with a singe screw and a locking tab. There will be some type of flush linkage what will need to be disconnected. Once removed, take it to your local RV parts department and they should have a replacement in stock. Some parts departments will change the valve at no cost if you buy the valve from them.

Replacement windows

it may be easier for you and possibly cheaper if you just go to a local neighborhood home improvement store or possibly a shop that does auto window replacement and they can just custom cut a replacement window for you. the automotive shop may also do the installation as well.
