Advantages: Very high quality of printing, easy for use, memory cards slots, big LCD, Service menu Shortcomings:Very expensive consumables, unable to print with NON OEM cartridges, bad ink system, bad mechanical

it tells me that all the ink is empty yet i have all new ink. HP just says buy a new one i don't feel like talking to you.
