First repair was just at 2 1/2 years. All it was was a bearing, repair man wanted $600 to fix. We ordered parts online for $300. Now 7 years later, same thing. Went out and bought my own bearing and used the original drum that we saved,(Thank God)so it cost about $60 to fix. That is including the seal that goes with the bearing. Never again. Oh and they make the inside spider arm out of aluminum, and that disintegrates because it is in contact with stainless steel. Nice, designed to fail!

Mold builds up along the rubber seal, even after drying the seal, and leaving door open... difficulty in getting more than 2 settings to work properly..

Mold builds up on the gasket even after cleaning with bleach and Cascade every week. Now after 2 years it is causing bright yellow/orange stains on the whites and light colored items. It has ruined my white and beige towels. This started about 3 weeks ago and is getting worse.
Do you know of this problem?
