OM MY GOSH... This was SUCH a huge splurge for me. I can't believe I bought it. I have always wanted a nice camera, but I am such a klutz that I never dared buy one. But after my recent move to Taos, I was so blown away by the scenery that I had to get a better camera so I could show my family back home in Chicago what they were missing. I am now taking amazing mountain shots- with the strap always around my neck! This may sound dumb, but I didn't know I'd need to buy lenses, lol. And I thought that the $1000 was already a big expense! But this camera is amazing and I wish that I had become a photographer.

Easy to use in auto. A lot of camera for a novice user, may be too much. Great pixs tho!

It may cost much but if you love photography you'll be more in love with the Nikon D90 DSLR camera. A good investment for me too.

This is a great digital SLR for the money. Save up for some good lenses though as the kit lens is just OK.
