I have had continuing problems with the color management of the printer

Very problematic printers with lots of ink cartridge errors and alignmnet problems.

I don't like that I don't have an on screen step by step instruction when using the scanner.

It is a very good printer!! But do not refill your cartridges cause then the waste ink absorber gets full faster!!!!

The ink cartridge proovided did not last long. I exchanged it for a refill; now the printer will not print. I cannot download the manual from their website; even though it says it can be downloaded with vista, it does not download. I want a printer that will work. This is just an exercise in frustration. You should be able to buy a recycled cartridge, insert it and print. Reading all the comments makes me think that this printer will not accept recycled cartridges. The major stores that refill cartridges will not accept HP cartridges for refill. Do not waste your time and money buying a printer like this one.
