demolition hammer

$300.00-550.00 I want a demoltion hammer that can take a variey of chisels. SDS plus does not provide enough chisels and a little lacking in power. I need a demoliton tool to remove concrete parging and concrete bonding agent off foundation walls. I think I want a bushing tool and scaling chisel ( 2inch)? I think I would prefer a hand held scabbler but with the need for a 30 cfm compressor this is out of my league. I',m a home owner who could also use this tool to occassionally break up a side walk, remove bathroom tile maybe even drill large holes. Should I get a comination hammer and rotary sds max demolition hammer or is it bettr to get a plain sds max demoliton hammer without rotary option. Thinking between a bosch and a makita.
