looking for tv

Hi eitan-

How fun! I wish I had a tv in my treehouse as a kid. Man, lucky kids these days :)

So I can't decide which one I want to recommend.

Obviously, something under $100 would be preferable as its going to be hanging out in the treehouse but I suppose it depends on what you want them to do with it and if they will have access to cable (as those bunny ears won't work anymore, tsk, tsk).

My favorite would probably be this Emerson 13" TV/DVD combo (with a very sophisticated Spongebob Square Pants motif) as it would let them have a fun, kid-looking TV that they can either watch regular cable on or just hang out and watch their favorite DVDs. The other option I would recommend is this super portable 7" LCD TV from Coby. Again, its under $100. The perks would be that it looks, well, awesome. Its shiny and would probably be more favored if your kids arent digging spongebob they way they used to. Also, when it gets stormy of if you guys are going on a road trip, just take it with you. Its supposed to be less than 2-3lbs. The downside is you might have to drop $20 on a cheap DVD player to stash in the treehouse.
