Does anyone have a suggestion for a PDA Phone?

I am a loyal Verizon user and since I am due for an upgrade and my PDA went out on me, I thought I would buy one of those PDA Phones but do not know which one. I use my mobile phone for my sole source of telephonic communication besides my work phone. I never exceed the 400 anytime minutes and that is also because most of my family is on the Verizon IN network. On the PDA side, I use it mostly for contacts and scheduling. My emailing would be at a minimum as I am always close to a PC and when I am on the road, its not long enough to warrant immediate emails. I am looking at the Treo 650, 700 and and now the Motorla Q. Never having used one of these things, I am kinda lost on what I should get. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
