Recommendations for QUIET top loading washing...

My Roper is very noisy during wash cycle and spin cycle. Is there a top loading machine anyone has that is quiet?

Any GE with Hydrowave wash are the quietest top load outside of overpaying for a HE topload like the oasis/cabrio which has tons of issues with controlboards. The GEs have a inverter motor without a transmission and run around $350 and up. GE builds a good quiet machine without breaking the bank

Kenmore Oasis Canyon Capacity washer and dryer. Very quiet. I have a second floor laundry and I can't hear them at all in the house.
