the ice maker needs constant service every year -we had to purchase an extended warrenty to keep the refrig running!!!! the exterior ice /water compartment has yellowed considerably- this refrigerator was not an investment -just a constant additional expense:(

We have had our Jenn Air for eight years, probably spent $600 to cover three ice makers and a defrost cycle panel during that time period.
