Two years of great service, I refill ink cartriges myself often and clean the heads (take out and clean with alcohal) about once every six weeks

No due to the print head and purge area problems. Had my HP for 7 yrs with no problems, had this barely 2 years and won't let me do anything right now. Cleaning areas as discussed in forums is not working. If I have to get a new one again, it will be back to HP.

The screen flashes up error code and number but then i can't find any information on even what the problem is, and then i have to pay for someone to help fix problem, this is ridiculous.
