Purchased product in Oct. 2007, TV failed in mid Oct. 2009, less than 2 years old. Screen got extremely hot when in use. Waiting for extended warranty folks to call...still waiting. Phillips was NO help, was told my warranty with them was expired and to call a TV repairman.
